Privacy Policy
Effective from 19.09.2026
This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Polish version is the binding one.
This policy explains who processes your personal data in connection with the belo24.pl website and the website-building service, for what purpose, on what basis, and what rights you have. We write plainly — without legal jargon wherever it can be avoided.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is:
| Name | Belo24 AUTOCO Marek Zarzycki |
|---|---|
| Registered in | Legnica, Poland |
| Tax ID (NIP) | PL6912380001 |
| Contact | kontakt (at) belo24.pl |
For anything concerning personal data, write to the e-mail address above.
2. Where we get your data
- From you — when you write to us, call us, request a demo or conclude an agreement.
- From public sources — if you run a business, we may have obtained your contact details (business name, address, telephone, e-mail, website address, Google listing) from publicly available registers and services: the Polish business registers CEIDG and KRS, Google listings, trade directories or your own website. When we contact you for the first time, we state the source of the data. In line with Article 14 GDPR we then also inform you about this policy.
3. Purposes and legal bases
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Preparing a free demo website and presenting an offer | Legitimate interest — direct marketing (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) |
| Sending commercial information to an e-mail address or telephone number | Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with the Polish Electronic Communications Law) |
| Concluding and performing the agreement to run a website | Necessity for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) |
| Issuing invoices and bookkeeping | Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) |
| Anonymous visit statistics and website security | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) |
| Establishing or pursuing claims | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) |
Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details and business details we cannot prepare a website or conclude an agreement. We do not make decisions by solely automated means and we do not profile you.
4. How long we keep data
- Contact details of businesses we have approached — until an objection is raised, and if no cooperation follows, no longer than 12 months from the last contact.
- Client data — for the duration of the agreement, and after it ends for the limitation period for claims (usually 3 years).
- Invoices and accounting documents — 5 years, counted from the end of the tax year (a statutory obligation).
- E-mail correspondence — up to 3 years from the last message.
5. Who we share data with
Data goes only to those we need in order to provide the service:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, DNS, protection against attacks, e-mail routing.
- Google Ireland Ltd. — e-mail (Gmail), which we use for correspondence.
- An accounting office and the provider of our invoicing software — for accounting documents.
- Authorised public authorities — if they request it on the basis of the law.
We do not sell data and we do not share it for other companies' marketing purposes. Some providers are based outside the European Economic Area; data is then transferred on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Your rights
You have the right to: access your data and receive a copy of it, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest — including direct marketing. Where we process data on the basis of consent, you may withdraw it at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
One message to kontakt (at) belo24.pl is enough. We reply within one month at the latest. Erasing data after an objection to marketing also means deleting the demo prepared for you.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland).
7. Cookies and statistics
The belo24.pl website does not use cookies for tracking and does not use Google Analytics or third-party advertising scripts. That is why we show no cookie consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.
The only cookie we set is b24lang. It remembers the language you chose for the website (Polish or English) for 12 months. It is created only when you change the language yourself, it contains no identifier and it is not used for tracking. Before you choose, we pick the language from the country you are connecting from; we do not store that information.
We count only anonymous page views (the number of views of a page or demo, the date, the approximate country). We do not store the full IP address or any identifier that would make it possible to recognise a specific person. The server, like every web server, records IP addresses in technical logs for a short time — these serve security only.
8. Demo websites and business materials
A demo prepared for your business is available at a non-indexed address (search engines are forbidden to index it) and expires automatically when its validity period ends. For demos we use publicly available information about the business and licensed photos. If you believe we have used material to which you hold the rights, write to us — we will remove it without delay.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we change tools or the scope of services. The current version is always available at this address, with its effective date at the top of the page.
